Theresa Falk was inducted into the Lakeland Athletics Hall of Fame in 2024 after a superb career with the Lakeland women's volleyball program..

Falk was a dynamic hitter who helped establish Lakeland's program as one of the best in the region. She holds the Lakeland career record for kills (1,423) along with the single season kills record of 550 in 2002, more than 100 kills more than the No. 2 spot, as well as the No. 3 single-season spot with 433 kills in 2001.

A two-time First Team All-Lake Michigan Conference honoree, Falk had a reputation for hitting the ball so hard that defenders sometimes would just get out of the way rather than trying to challenge her. She was an LMC All-Rookie team selection in 2000.

Falk is No. 6 in career service aces (155) and eighth in career hitting percentage (.266). She's tied for second in most kills in a match (24) and also has the third-best performance with 23.

She helped lead the 2002 team to a school-record 32 wins and the program's first LMC Tournament championship and NCAA Division III tournament appearance. Of the 32 wins, 22 came by 3-0 sweep, including a perfect 36-0 record in conference games en route to winning the regular season conference championship.
