Dezmon Eddie (Alexandria, La.) is a recipient of the Muskie of the Week award after a superb game in the Lakeland football team's 48-0 shutout of Wisconsin Lutheran on Saturday. The sophomore running back rushed 18 times for a career-high 235 yards and two touchdowns, and also added four catches for 51 yards and a touchdown receiving. Eddie currently leads the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference with 11 touchdowns this season, and after the WLC game was named the NACC Offensive Player of the Week as well as to the D3football.com Team of the Week.
