Desmond Williams (Jr.-Riverside, Calif.) is a winner of the Muskie of the Week award after helping the Muskies men's volleyball team to two wins last week. The 6-foot-0 middle blocker totaled 18 kills, seven digs and four blocks in Lakeland's wins over Marian and Concordia Wisconsin. That included a career-high 11 kills in 14 attacks for a .786 hitting percentage in the three-set sweep of Concordia, when he came up just one attack shy of setting a new school record for hitting percentage in a match.
