This week's Muskie Spotlight guest is Kassahun Lehman, a senior from Whitelaw, Wis., and a member of the Lakeland University cross country and track & field teams.

Kassa talks about recently running his final collegiate cross country race, being one of the veterans on the cross country team who has seen the program come a long way in his time, plus his opportunity coming up to attend the NCAA Convention as part of the NCAA Student Immersion Program:
