Dylan Van Straten  (Sr.-Shiocton, Wis.) found Kezlow Smith  (Fr.-Pontiac, Mich.) for a touchdown pass in overtime and the Lakeland College defense dug deep for a stop to give the Muskies an exciting 40-34 Homecoming victory over Wisconsin Lutheran College. Van Straten hit Smith on 3rd-and-goal, waiting patiently before hitting Smith to give Lakeland the first score in overtime. The senior quarterback had one of his finest days, completing 21 of 40 passes for 244 yards and four touchdowns and also rushing 21 times for 113 yards and a touchdown.
