2013: Played in all 19 matches, starting 18, and led team with six goals scored... Also tied for team lead with 12 points... Led team with 27 shots attempts and 17 shots on goal... Scored game-winning goal when she kicked off the scoring in a 10-0 win over Mount Mary on Oct. 8, a match in which she recorded her first career hat trick with four goals.

2012: Started all 18 matches and scored three goals and added two assists for eight points... Scored first two career collegiate goals, including the first goal of the game in shutout win over Robert Morris-Lake County on Sept. 16... Took 15 shots, with 11 on goal.

2011: Played in 19 matches, starting 16... Scored one point, recording first collegiate assist on Sept. 6 against Alverno... 19 shots taken, 13 on goal.

High School: Four-year letter winner on soccer team and also lettered three years in golf and two years in basketball... Team captain and MVP of golf team.

Personal: Born March 23, 1993… Daughter of Roy & Debbie Cook and has one brother (Kyle)… Also is a member of the Lakeland women’s golf team… Majoring in business management and marketing.

Career ambition/goal: Own a pet store
