2021: Played in 23 matches and a total of 71 sets… As team’s starting setter led team with 294 assists and finished third on team with 143 digs… Also added 13 kills, 15 service aces and eight block assists… Set career high with 26 assists at Benedictine Oct. 16… Finished with four double-doubles in assists and digs, including 25 assists plus a career-best 13 digs against St. Norbert Oct. 15… Recipient of Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Scholar-Athlete Award.

2020-21: Played in ten matches and a total of 23 sets in her sophomore season… Finished with seven assists, three digs and two service aces… Recipient of NACC Scholar-Athlete Award.

2019: Played in eight varsity matches and a total of 16 sets as a freshman… Totaled 20 assists, 12 digs, and two service aces… Ranked fifth on team in assists… Posted career-high of 11 assists in her varsity debut Oct. 19 against Central (Iowa).

High School: Three-year letter winner in volleyball and also lettered two years each in basketball and softball and one year in track & field… Captain on volleyball team as a senior when she was named first team all-Big East Conference as well as second team all-area by the Appleton Post Crescent… Member of National Honor Society.
 
Personal: Born May 5, 2000… Daughter of Eric & Robin Duchow and has one brother (Nate) and one sister (Britta)… Sister Britta played volleyball at Lakeland conference rival Concordia (Wis.)… Majoring in education.
