High School: Four-year letter winner on wrestling team and also lettered three years in football, two years in track & field and one year in baseball… WIAA state qualifier in wrestling as a senior, where he finished sixth in the state at 160 pounds… Four-time all-conference wrestler including first team as a senior… Named all-Fox Valley as a senior… Two-year captain on wrestling team… First team all-conference as an outfielder in baseball as a junior… Academic all-state in football.
