Mental Health
Lakeland University is committed to supporting students in achieving and maintaining mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. The Lakeland University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will provide safe and supportive spaces for all students to express their emotional and physical needs. Where appropriate and with permission, SAAC administrators will refer students to the counseling services at the Wellness Center, which provides confidential support and assistance to students as they develop academically, personally, socially, and spiritually. We are committed to addressing and promoting mental health and wellness on campus.
