2024: As a freshman pitched in 10 games, starting three… Posted a 0-1 record… In nine innings allowed 14 hits and 29 runs (20 earned) with eight strikeouts and 25 walks… Made collegiate debut against Maine-Presque Isle March 10… Had best outings against Concordia Wisconsin March 28 and at Marian April 30, throwing one scoreless inning with a strikeout in both games… Recipient of Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Scholar-Athlete Award.

High School: Four-year letter winner on baseball team and also lettered two years in soccer… MVP on baseball team as a senior, when he was named second team all-conference… Received soccer team’s Iron Man Award as a junior.
 
Personal: Son of Howie & Janice Mitchell and has one brother (Jared) and one sister (Sarah)… Majoring in accounting.
