High School: Three-year letter winner in baseball and football and also lettered two years in wrestling… First team all-Great Northern Conference outfielder… Member of district championship baseball team as a senior.

Personal: Son of David Chiu and Beth Spaulding and has one brother (Simon) and two sisters (Kinsley and Laney)… Majoring in business administration.

Why did you choose Lakeland? I really liked the way Coach Post is changing the culture of the program and my dad also is an alumni of Lakeland
