2021: Appeared in six games as a reserve offensive lineman and on special teams, including on extra point and field goal units… Recipient of Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Scholar-Athlete Award.

2020-21: Appeared in two games in the Muskies’ abbreviated spring season… Made one solo tackle, with his first collegiate tackle coming against Wisconsin Lutheran April 3… Recipient of NACC Scholar-Athlete Award.

High School: Four-year letter winner in football and wrestling and also lettered two years in track & field… Team captain in both sports… Individual state qualifier and Big East Conference champion in wrestling… Member of four state qualifier teams in wrestling… Honorable mention all-conference defensive tackle in football… Big East Conference scholar-athlete.
 
Personal: Born March 12, 2001… Son of Charles & Barbara Ruege and has one sister (Marlena)… Majoring in history education.
