2016: Played in nine games as a freshman defensive lineman, starting in his debut against Carroll Sept. 3… Made 11 tackles (eight solo, three assisted)… Tackle total included two tackles for loss for 11 yards and 1.5 sacks for 10 yards… Season-best three tackles against Albion (Mich.) Sept. 17 and again the next week vs. Wisconsin-Platteville Sept. 24… Accounted for 1.5 sacks against Concordia Chicago Oct. 29.

High School: Four-year, three-sport athlete and was a two-year letter winner in football and also lettered three years in wrestling and two years in volleyball… Captain on all three teams and was named team MVP and all-conference in football… Named school’s male athlete of the year.

Personal: Born Oct. 1, 1997… Son of Carl & Shundell Vance… Majoring in business administration.
