Lakeland University Athletics

2018: Started all 10 games on the offensive line at center, his third straight year as a starter and extending his start streak at Lakeland to 32 straight games… Named second team all-Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference.

2017: Started all 11 games on the offensive line at center as a sophomore… Part of offensive line on one of most explosive offenses in NCAA Division III, and was named first team all-NACC, one of four Muskies’ linemen to receive all-conference recognition.

2016: In his first year with the Muskies started all 11 games at center… Played on an offensive line that paved way to a conference championship and was named second team all-NACC, one of four Muskies’ linemen to receive all-conference recognition… Recipient of NACC Scholar-Athlete Award.

Michigan Tech: Carlson transferred to Lakeland from NCAA Division II Michigan Tech, where he was a member of the football team as a freshman in 2014.

High School: Two-year letter winner in football and also lettered three years in track & field and one year in wrestling.

Personal: Born Feb. 6, 1996… Son of David & Mary Carlson and has one brother (Ethan) and two sisters (Rachel and Hannah)… Majoring in criminal justice.
