Isaac Anderson is in his first year as a graduate assistant with the Lakeland men’s basketball program.

Anderson returns to his alma mater and was a four-year member of the men’s basketball team from 2016-20. He played in 69 games in his career and had his best season as a senior, when he started and averaged 8.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.3 blocked shots per game. He shot 55.0% from the field that year and led the team in rebounding and blocks and also was second on the squad in shooting percentage, assists and steals.

Anderson is a native of Linden, Wis., and was a standout at Iowa-Grant High School, where he was a WBCA all-star and an all-state selection. He also was a four-time recipient of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Scholar-Athlete Award as a Muskie and graduated from Lakeland in May 2020 with a degree in business administration. He is currently working on his master’s in business administration from Lakeland.
