Kyle Quintell is in his second year as a graduate assistant on the Lakeland men’s soccer coaching staff.
Quintell came to Lakeland following a four-year career for the rival Marian University men’s soccer program. He played in a total of 39 matches from 2016-19, starting 22, and was a starter his final two years as a defender.
Quintell recently completed his United States Soccer Federation D License, and also is the head varsity girls soccer coach at Port Washington High School in Port Washington. He also is the director of coaching and academy director for the Port Washington Soccer Club.
Before coming to Lakeland, Quintell served as head coach of the Kohler High School junior varsity girls soccer team for one year and head freshman girls basketball coach at Fond du Lac High school for two seasons. He has also been an assistant coach with the Fond du Lac Youth Soccer Association since 2016.
A native of Genoa, Ill., Quintell graduated from Marian in May of 2020 with a double major in sports and recreation management and marketing and a minor in athletic coaching.
