High School: Played on soccer team at Waukesha South High School and was a four-year letter winner while also lettering three years each in basketball and baseball... Two-time all-conference selection including first team as a senior and honorable mention as a junior.
 
Personal: Son of Lee Sorenson and Dawn Brenneman and has four sisters (Tiffani, Tawny, Taylor and Breanna)… Majoring in English.
