2023: Played in 16 matches, starting 14… Finished with five goals and two assists for 12 points, leading team in goals and points and tying for lead in assists… Attempted 31 shots with 15 shots on goal, both also team-leading totals… Scored first career hat trick with a career-high three goals at Maranatha Baptist Sept. 5… Posted game-winning goal against both Maranatha Baptist and also at Concordia Chicago Sept. 16, when he notched a goal and an assist.

2022: Played in 15 matches, starting 10, and finished with three goals and two assists for eight points… Tied for third on team in assists and points and tied for fourth in goals… Attempted nine shots, with five shots on goal… Scored the opening goal that wound up the game-winner in team’s shutout victory over Maranatha Baptist Sept. 6… Converted penalty kick for Muskies’ lone goal in loss to Wisconsin Lutheran Oct. 5.

2021: Played in all 15 matches, starting 14… Scored one goal and added two assists for four points, tying for second on team in assists and tying for fourth on team in points… Attempted 24 shots, with 13 on goal and ranking second on team in shot attempts and third in shots on goal… Scored first collegiate goal and it was the game-winning goal with the first tally in Muskies’ 2-0 win over Edgewood Oct. 13.

2020-21: As a freshman started all six games in the Muskies’ abbreviated 2020-21 season… Attempted six shots with two shots on goal.

High School: Four-year varsity performer on soccer team and also member of track & field team for three years and played two years of basketball… Two-year captain on soccer team… Received school’s all-time athlete award.
 
Personal: Born April 26, 2001… Son of Jose Barragan and Marcela Chavez and has one brother (Ricardo) and two sisters (Marcela and Anahi)… Majoring in exercise science.
