Biography

High School: Four-year letter winner on soccer team and also lettered two years in track & field… Two-time all-Fox River Classic Conference pick including first team as a senior, when he also was team MVP and received all-state honors… All-conference as part of 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 relays in track in field, sectional champion and WIAA state qualifier.

Personal: Son of Gregory & Amy Frederic and has two brothers (Crewson and Jacob) and one sister (Makaya)… Majoring in sport management and leadership.
