2016: Played in 10 sets over eight matches… Finished with eight digs and one assist while playing in the back row.
2015: Played in 22 matches and a total of 45 sets… Posted one kills and one error in four attack attempts… Finished with 15 digs and also added one assist and one service ace.
High School: Three-year letter winner in volleyball and also lettered one year each in basketball and canoe paddling… Named honorable mention all-Interscholastic League of Honolulu in volleyball… Honor roll student.
Personal: Born Oct. 9, 1996… Son of Morgan & Lynn Takahashi and has one brother (Shaun) and one sister (Callie)… Majoring in exercise science and sport studies.
Career ambition/goal: Become a physical therapist and dietitian

Favorite foods: French fries, granola bars
Favorite athlete: Marcus Mariota (Native of Hawaii and Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback from University of Oregon)
