Lakeland University Athletics

2024: In his first season with the Muskies played in six matches and a total of 11 sets… Finished with three digs plus one kills with four errors in 14 attack attempts… Made his debut as a serving substitution in the season opener against Carthage Jan. 15… Finished with season-high two digs at Maranatha Baptist Feb. 16.

Roosevelt University: Schleihs transferred to Lakeland from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton. He also spent one semester at Roosevelt University in Chicago in spring 2022, playing for the Lakers NAIA men’s volleyball team. He appeared in 19 matches, starting 17, and playing a total of 60 sets as a freshman… Posted 43 kills with 51 errors in 228 attack attempts (-.035 hitting percentage), finishing third on team in kills… Added 41 digs, nine blocks (two solo, seven assisted), five service aces and one assist… Set season high with five kills against Maranatha Baptist Feb. 12 and posted a best of nine digs against Calumet St. Joseph (Ind.) Feb. 21.

High School: Two-year letter winner on boys volleyball team and also participated in club rugby.

Personal: Son of Ryan Schliehs and Shauna Would and has one brother (Jordan) and one sister (Eden)… Majoring in business administration.
