2024: As a freshman did not appear in a varsity game

High School: Four-year letter winner on softball team… Three-time all-Woodland Conference selection, including first team as a senior and second team as a sophomore and junior… Team captain… Member of conference championship team as a senior.

Personal: Daughter of Michael Gappa and Loni Huddleston and has one sister (Anaka) and one brother (Michael)… Majoring in studio art and business administration.


Career ambition/goal: To do something art-related and hopefully run my own business someday

Heroes/most influential people: I think the most influential people in my life would definitely be my family and my friends. They've done nothing but support me through my softball career but also supported my dreams and what I wanted to do as a career.
Greatest sports accomplishment: For my senior year of high school we finally, after a few years of struggling, won our Woodland Conference. It's a memory I like to look back on and can't help but feel proud of the hard work we all put in together to accomplish our goals.
Why did you choose Lakeland? I've always heard stories about Lakeland from my father who went here and I always wanted to check it out. The moment I stepped on campus and was able to talk to the students and the softball coaches, I felt welcomed which was what made me choose Lakeland.
Something people may not know about you: I enjoy art and practicing with different kinds of mediums
