2016: Suarez is in her third year with the Lakeland softball team and this year is serving as a manager after a shoulder injury has halted her playing career.

2015: Was injured most of the season… Appeared in six games, starting four and posting a 2-0 record with one complete game shutout... Pitched 19 innings and posted a 2.95 earned run average with 11 strikeouts while scattering 13 hits. 

2014: Pitched in 21 games as a freshman, starting 17, and posted an 8-10 record with a 3.42 earned run average… Threw 102 1/3 innings and allowed 117 hits and 69 runs (50 earned) with 72 strikeouts and 49 walks… Finished with nine complete games and threw a five-inning shutout in her collegiate debut March 9 against Westfield State (Mass.).

High School: Played softball all four years and lettered three years.

Personal: Born Dec. 19, 1994... Daughter of John & Blanca Suarez and has two brothers (Jesse and Juan) and one sister (Natalie)... Majoring in biology.
