Meghan Vasseur is in her first year as a graduate assistant coach with the Lakeland women's soccer team.
Vasseur comes to the Muskies from their Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference rival Concordia University Chicago in River Forest, Ill. She played in a total of 71 matches in four years, starting 12. Playing as a forward and outside midfielder, Vasseur scored six career goals and added seven assists for a total of 19 points.
Vasseur also was a head coach with the Lil Kickers Soccer club in Northbrook, Ill., for one year and most recently served as an assistant with the Chicago Edge U8 and U15 club teams. She is a native of Spring Grove, Ill., and received her degree in art therapy at Concordia in May 2020.
