High School: Four-year letter winner on cross country team and also lettered three years in track & field and one year in softball… Captain on cross country team.
Personal: Born Dec. 8, 1999… Daughter of Walter & Denice Petersen… Pre-nursing major.
Career ambition/goal: Doctor or nurse practitioner
Favorite TV show: Grey’s Anatomy
Favorite athlete: Lindsey Vonn (alpine skier)
Favorite sports team: Dallas Cowboys (sorry it’s not the Packers)
Hero/most influential person: My school guidance counselor who inspired me to go after my dreams despite what others have to say about them and to believe in myself
When not playing sports: You will most likely find me hunting, fishing, reading a good book, or hanging out with friends. But you also can’t forget about studying because I will definitely be doing that too and a lot of it.
Something people may not know about you: I enjoy singing in the car to the mix CD’s that I make.
