Lakeland University Athletics

Connor O’Ryan is in his first year as a graduate assistant with the Lakeland men’s and women’s volleyball teams.

O’Ryan comes to the Muskies after playing against them as a member of the volleyball team at Cardinal Stritch University the past four years. He was a three-year starter as a middle blocker with the Wolves and finished his career with 798 kills, 343 blocks and 55 service aces. He was a two-time first team all-Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference selection and as a senior was named a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics honorable mention All-American, a year in which he led the NAIA nationally in blocks.

O’Ryan graduated from Stritch with a degree in business administration, and he is pursuing his master’s in business administration at Lakeland.
