2023: Played in 26 matches and a total of 87 sets… Finished with 211 digs, ranking fourth on the team in digs… Also added 20 service aces and 15 assists, tying for third on the team in aces… Recorded at least 10 digs in nine matches, including a career-high 18 digs against Dominican Sept. 28… Posted a high of three service aces against UW-La Crosse Sept. 8 and again at Alverno Oct. 19… Recipient of Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Scholar-Athlete Award.

2022: As a freshman appeared in 17 matches and a total of 37 sets as a server and in the back row… Finished with 17 digs, four service aces and four assists… Recorded season high six digs against nationally ranked UW-Eau Claire Sept. 17… Recipient of NACC Scholar-Athlete Award.

High School: Played volleyball and soccer and lettered three years in both sports… Two-time captain on volleyball team and was member of Capitol Conference and WIAA regional championship team as a senior… Named most improved on volleyball team as a sophomore… Second team all-conference in soccer as a freshman when she was part of a regional championship team… Member National Honor Society.

Personal: Born Dec. 18, 2003… Daughter of Darrell & Sarah Kitsembel and has one sister (Emma)… Majoring in exercise science.

When not playing sports you will find me: On the boat or snowmobiling with my family. Playing with my dog or hanging with friends.
Why did you choose Lakeland?  I chose Lakeland because they have a great exercise science program and when I came to visit everyone was super nice and welcoming. The campus was also what I was looking for and just felt like home.
Something people may not know about you: I used to work in a manufacturing business so I am kinda handy.
