High School: Four-year three-sport letter winner in wrestling, football and baseball and also lettered two years in track & field and one year in cross country… Two-time captain on wrestling team, where he was a state qualifier, all-conference and member of back-to-back district champion teams… State qualifier in track & field… Captain on baseball team… Academic all-state in wrestling and member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Jason & Rebecca Cain and has one sister (Sam)… Majoring in business administration.
