Mason Hawkins is in his second year as a graduate assistant coach with the Lakeland men’s wrestling program in 2024-25.
Hawkins came to the Muskies after serving as an assistant coach last year at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He also wrestled for the Blugolds as well, and was a nationally ranked heavyweight as a senior in 2021-22.
Hawkins also was an NJCAA All-American at Rochester (Minn.) Community & Technical College, and in all won 126 career matches as a collegian. He is a native of Farmington, Minn., and graduated from UWEC with a degree in psychology and a minor in coaching.
