Shakur Jinad (So.-Chicago, Ill.) is a recipient of the Muskie of the Week award for the first time after playing a big part in a pair of wins for the Lakeland men's basketball team last week. Jinad finished with 17 points and a team-high 10 rebounds in the Muskies' win at Silver Lake College, and he also added 12 points and seven boards in the team's double-overtime win at Marian on Saturday. Jinad is a sophomore forward and ranks second on the team with averages of 15.0 points and 6.2 rebounds per game, and he also leads the team with a 49.6% shooting percentage from the field and has hit 52.0% of his three-point tries.
