The Lakeland College women's volleyball team will join the football team in hosting Wisconsin Lutheran College for a Homecoming weekend event, as the Muskies host the Warriors Friday night for a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference volleyball match at 7 p.m. at the Woltzen Gymnasium.

Lakeland comes in with an 8-13 record and is 1-2 in the NACC after a four-set loss to Concordia Wisconsin on Tuesday. Jenna Ward (Jr.-Wisconsin Dells, Wis.) finished with a season-high 17 kills but the Falcons won the final two sets after the Muskies earned a split of the first two very competitive sets. Lakeland now has lost six straight matches since defeating Marian in its NACC opener on Sept. 16.

Wisconsin Lutheran has had a tough season, coming into tonight 0-13 overall, including 0-3 in conference play. The Warriors were swept in three sets by Marian on Friday. WLC features a very young roster with one senior and one junior, with the rest of the roster consisting of freshmen and sophomores.
