Lakeland University senior Isaiah Hammond (Milwaukee, Wis.) received honors when the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference released its men's basketball postseason awards for the 2024-25 season Tuesday.

Hammond was named a second team all-NACC selection, capping his career with conference postseason honors for the first time in his four-year career. The senior was the lone Muskie named to the all-conference team and one of 25 to be named to the first team, second team or honorable mention.

Hammond stuffed the stat sheet throughout his Lakeland career and did so again this year. The 6-foot-4 guard/forward averaged 15.4 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game while also shooting 60.8% from the field.

Hammond led the Muskies in scoring, rebounding, assists and field goal percentage. He also ranks second in the NACC in field goal percentage as well as in the top 15 in scoring, rebounding and assists. Hammond's field goal percentage mark also ranked as the seventh-best for a season in Lakeland men's basketball history.

Hammond finished his career just short of 1,000 points with 963 career points, also ranks sixth all-time at Lakeland in blocked shots (57) and is 17th in school history in both rebounds (611) and assists (266).
