Lakeland University senior Ben Busalacchi (Muskego, Wis.) received all-conference honors for the third straight year as the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference released its men's volleyball postseason awards Thursday.

Busalacchi was named an honorable mention selection, the lone Muskie to receive honors after the 2025 season. He also was named a second team all-NACC pick last year and received honorable mention recognition two years ago.

Busalacchi again led or was among the leaders for Lakeland in a number of categories this season. A 6-foot-4 outside hitter, he finished with 210 kills, 149 digs, 38 blocks (12 solo, 26 assisted), 27 assists and 26 service aces. He led the team in kills and kill per set (2.56) aces and ranked third in digs and blocks.

Busalacchi concluded his men's volleyball career at Lakeland as the program's career leader in kills (1,061) and service aces (143). He also is third all-time for the Muskies in career digs (580) and sixth in blocks (132).
