Lakeland (4-10-2 overall, 0-7-1 NACC) comes in off a positive result after working hard for a 0-0 tie against Aurora Saturday night on Senior Night. Erin Tomlinson (
Fr.-Madison, Wis.) made nine saves in goal whileÂ
Hope Cerney (
So.-Green Bay, Wis.) attempted all five shots for the Muskies and posted the lone shot on goal.
Illinois Tech continued its surprising first season in the NACC with a 4-3 double-overtime win over Concordia Wisconsin on Saturday. The Scarlet Hawks won the battle for second in the league standings with a rally, as Julia Taliana scored the tying goal with 15 minutes remaining in regulation and Jamie Griggs deposited a rebound for a goal in the middle of the second overtime. Taliana and Griggs both scored twice and Catherine Klemp made four saves as IIT clinched its spot in the six-team NACC Tournament.
