KENOSHA, Wis. – The Lakeland University men's track & field team closed out the indoor season on Saturday with a second school record in as many days at the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Indoor Championships.
Sophomore
Morgan Caho (
Canton, Ill.) narrowly bested his own school indoor high jump school, clearing 1.76 meters (5 feet, 9 1/4 inches) and finishing 12th. He joined senior
Kolby Cohen (
Missouri City, Texas) as record-setters at the NACC championship after Cohen set a new school mark in the triple jump on Friday.
The Muskies finished the two-day meet held at the Frank Petretti Fieldhouse at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a total of 10 personal records.
Freshman
Preston Dos Santos (
Random Lake, Wis.) had two PR's on Saturday. He was the only long jumper to make the finals from the first flight, and seeded 15th he finished ninth with a big PR of 6.12m (20-1), besting his previous best of 5.99m. He then ran the 200 meters in 25.34 seconds, more than a second faster than his previous low of 26.62.
Eduardo Campuzano (
Jr.-Hinckley, Ill.) set a personal best of 5:04.9 in the mile, crushing his season best of 5:13.20 and beating his two-year-old PR of 5:09.76. Freshman
Dunia Wangu (
Milwaukee, Wis.) ran a time of 23.93 in the 200, bettering his previous best of 24.36.

Dominick Enriquez (
El Paso, Texas) PR'd in the shot put, throwing 7.08m (23-2 3/4), ahead of his previous best of 6.60.
Jake Lemke (
Jr.-West Bend, Wis.) also set a modest PR of 5.75m (18-10 1/4) in the long jump (previous PR 5.63m).
