Lydia Levra (
Fr.-Elk Mound, Wis.) set two college personal bests, leading Lakeland University's track and field teams at Saturday's St. Norbert College Invitational.
Levra took third in the women's 400 meters with a season-best time of 1:00.08, and also PR'd in the 100 (13.33). She also took seventh in the 200 in 27.15.
Senior
Kolby Cohen (
Missouri City, Texas) made a strong outdoor season debut after suffering a hamstring injury during the indoor season. Cohen took sixth in the men's long jump with a mark of 21 feet, 9 1/2 inches (6.64 meters) and placed ninth in the triple jump (42-8 1/4, 13.01m).
Jake Lemke (
Jr.-West Bend, Wis.) posted the best finish for the Lakeland men's team, taking fifth in the javelin with a best throw of 136-7 (41.63m).
Lakeland next competes at the two-day Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championships meet, hosted by St. Norbert this Friday and Saturday.
