A pioneer in women’s athletics, Lorie is the first female inducted into the college’s Hall of Fame. She was a four-year letter winner in volleyball, basketball and softball and was team captain in all three sports. She was the first woman named Lakeland’s athlete of the year. He earned all-conference honors and was a team statistical leader in basketball and softball.
